Toni Estell is the Founder of the Macaron High Institute, where she is advancing the science and practice of sustainable leadership.
Through research, executive education, speaking and transformative experiences, she helps organizations and accomplished women understand how protecting leadership capacity strengthens well-being, performance and long-term success.
A former educator and school leader, Toni's work explores the hidden conditions that quietly diminish leadership capacity before burnout becomes visible.
She is the creator of the Capacity Theory of Sustainable Leadership™, the Hidden Friction Framework™, the Quiet Signals Assessment™ and the Overflow Method™.
